2 oz. Benjamin Prichard’s Sweet Lucy
Several sprigs of fresh mint
Powdered Sugar
In a metal mint julep tumbler, gently press mint and fill tumbler with finely crushed ice. Add Sweet Lucy and top off tumbler with more crushed ice. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint first dipped into cold water and then into powdered sugar.Several sprigs of fresh mint

Stuff a good sized jar with fresh mint sprigs. Pour in whole bottle of Sweet Lucy and store it in the refrigerator. Serve up as often as necessary, over ice with or without club soda.

1-1/2 oz. Prichard's Rye Whiskey
1/2 pint of fresh blueberries
3 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Put all ingredients into blender with crushed ice and pour into tall collins glass.1/2 pint of fresh blueberries

1 dash water
1 sugar cube
Muddle sugar, water & bitters in an old fashion glass. Add ice and spirit and stir.2 dash Angostura Bitters

Mount 'n Rita ™
1-1/2 oz. Prichard’s Lincoln County Lightning
1 oz Sweet Lucy or Triple Sec
1 oz fresh lime juice
Splash of your favorite Margarita mix
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. If desired, salt or sugar the rim of a chilled margarita glass. Pour contents into the glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.
