Why make rum in Tennessee? The history of America is steeped in rum. We make a traditional American rum fermented from molasses from the plantations of Louisiana using the techniques of the Master Distillers of an older time. Our rum is distilled in traditional copper pot stills similar in design to ancient stills and aged in new charred oak barrels.
